TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT

Normeka is an apprenticeship company in welding, sheet metal and CNC machining, and we seek to have apprentices continuously in each of these trades. Apprentices who start their education at Normeka are included in the Normeka family, and a sponsor who has a professional certificate in the respective trade is always appointed. This person accompanies the apprentice from the start of an apprenticeship contract to the trade certification. This gives each individual apprentice a good sense of security for proper follow-up during the apprenticeship. In all trades, we have robotic processes, which give the apprentices competence beyond what is required in the competence targets set in the programmes. If the apprentice is the right one for the company, a permanent employment contract after an approved vocational test is a possibility and a goal.
